Refund policy

We love our whole range of products that we offer this is why we check, inspect and pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they are in perfect condition.

We hope you are pleased with your purchase however for whatever reason the product is not suitable please email us at hello@stoneagelondon.co.uk within 14 days to arrange a return (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Please note that products must be returned within a resalable condition, in their original packaging, sealed and unused. We cannot accept goods that have been tampered with, goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly if they become unsealed after delivery.

Free shipping is a discount. As such if the items returned take your order value under the ‘Free when you spend’ amount the shipping discount can be claimed back.

We will endeavour to provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned product and will credit to your original method of payment.

We kindly ask that you retain proof of postage until you have received your refund.
