From rescued London swarms

Our honey bees were rescued from swarms across East and South East London and rehomed at our Greenwich apiary. Cared for with respect, they forage freely among the area's wild and cultivated flowers.

Flavour shaped by the flowers

The varied blooms of South East London give our wildflower honey its beautifully balanced flavour. As the flowers change through the seasons, so does the character of the harvest. No two harvests are exactly alike.

Raw, unfiltered and unheated

Harvested in small batches, our honey is left raw, unfiltered and unheated, with nothing added. Its flavour comes from the nectar gathered by the bees.

Natural crystallisation may occur over time. This is a normal characteristic of honey.
