What started as a passionate hobby has become a dedicated craft. For me, artisan beekeeping is about patience, care, and working by hand. I gently gather these adventurous colonies and welcome them into my home apiary, a small-scale, healthy environment where they can safely settle and thrive.
Nurtured by local parks and gardens, these swarms flourish to produce a distinctive, complex honey. Because I harvest sustainably in small batches, every jar remains raw and pure with all the goodness intact.

Delivery came very quickly. Well packaged. The honey smells so delicious. You can smell the honeycomb which tells me how fresh it is. I’ve already eaten half of one pot. Delicious and I’m sure it helped clear my cold quicker. Eating local honey also helps with hayfever and I feel it stopped my nasal irritation from pollen too. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend and purchase again.
