Our honey tells a story truly local. Our wildflower honey bees carefully rescued from swarms across East and South East London, then rehomed in our Apiary in Greenwich where they are cared for with respect. By saving local swarms, we help protect urban bees while supporting a healthy, thriving pollinator population.

Once rehomed, the bees forage freely across South East London's wild and cultivated flowers. This natural mix of blooms creates a beautifully balanced wildflower honey, with subtle flavour that changes from season to season — no two harvests are ever exactly the same.

Our honey is raw, unfiltered, and unheated, allowing its natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients to remain just as nature intended. Nothing is added and nothing is removed. Natural crystallisation may occur over time, a clear sign of genuine raw honey.

Perfect for everyday enjoyment — stirred into tea, drizzled over toast or yogurt, baked with, or enjoyed straight from the spoon. Local, sustainable, and full of character, this is a true taste of Greenwich’s wildflowers, made possible by saving local bee swarms.
