Aranyam The Sanskrit for "Forest" or "King of the Forest" and so it is, as Cedrus deodara (Himalayan Cedarwood) is a large coniferous tree which can grow up to a staggering 60m tall. Native to the Himalayas it has been successfully introduced in other regions around the world.
Considered one of the earliest ingredients to incense it has a soft, warm polished woody scent; today, highly sought in the fragrance industry.
Sparkling with citrus and green top notes of bergamot, eucalyptus and thyme, lead into a heart of exotic jasmine blended with transparent white florals, cushioned with soft amber and finished with dry cedarwood, patchouli, vanilla, cocoa hints and sheer musks.
