When honeybee swarms find themselves lost in the hustle of South East London—from the gardens of Greenwich and the leafy streets of Beckenham to the rooftops of Woolwich—that’s my cue to step in. What started as a passionate hobby has become a dedicated craft. For me, artisan beekeeping is about patience, care, and working by hand. I gently gather these adventurous colonies and welcome them into my home apiary, a small-scale, healthy environment where they can safely settle and thrive.
Nurtured by local parks and gardens, these swarms flourish to produce a distinctive, complex honey. Because I harvest sustainably in small batches, every jar remains raw and pure with all the goodness intact.
